This website is operated by AgenticMode AI LLC (“AgenticMode”, “we”, “us”), a custom AI development studio. By using this site or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.
What we do
AgenticMode builds custom AI voice agents, workflow automation, and custom AI tools for businesses. Every engagement is bespoke and defined in a written statement of work. Descriptions of our services on this site are provided to help you understand what we build; the exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for your project are set out in that statement of work.
Submitting a project starts a conversation, not a contract
Sending a project through this site, or contacting us, does not create a binding agreement. Any engagement begins only when we both agree a written statement of work. We review every submission and reply if it is a fit.
Payment terms
All fees are quoted and charged in United States dollars (USD). We do not collect card details on this website. After a project is agreed, we invoice through Stripe, and you pay on Stripe's secure checkout. Projects are billed by deposit and milestones. Billing, refunds, and cancellation are governed by our Fulfillment, Refunds & Cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
Ownership of what we build
On full payment for a deliverable, you own the code, prompts, and configuration we produce for you, along with the accounts and data associated with it. We retain the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques, and non-client-specific components across our work.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for using what we build lawfully and for providing accurate information and timely access to the systems a project needs. Our services are for lawful business use only. We do not build systems intended to deceive or harm people, and we do not work with parties or in jurisdictions subject to United States sanctions or export controls.
Results and warranties
Case study results shown on this site are real outcomes from specific engagements. They describe what happened for those businesses and are not a promise of identical results for yours. Beyond the specific delivery guarantee described in our Fulfillment policy, our work is provided without other warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgenticMode's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Intellectual property of this site
The content and design of this website may not be reproduced or used to train commercial products without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AgenticMode AI LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
