This policy explains what information AgenticMode AI LLC (“AgenticMode”, “we”, “us”) collects, why, and how we protect it. We collect as little as we can and we never sell it.

What we collect

  • Project submissions. When you use the project form, we collect your name, email address, company or website if you provide it, your project description, and the budget range you select.
  • Email you send us. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and follow up.
  • Payment information. When you pay an invoice, your card and bank details are entered directly on Stripe and are never sent to or stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation and limited details such as the last four digits of the card and the amount.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to evaluate your project, communicate with you, and deliver and bill for work you engage us for. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to any marketing list without your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. We use a small number of service providers strictly to run the business, and only the data each one needs:

  • Amazon Web Services hosts this site and delivers your form submission to us by email.
  • Stripe processes payments. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party advertising or tracking pixels. Any cookies used are limited to what is needed for the site to function.

How long we keep it

We keep project submissions and correspondence only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any engagement that follows, plus the period required for our tax and legal records. Payment records are retained by Stripe under its own retention rules.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@agenticmode.ai and we will confirm within seven days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honor those requests.
