Fulfillment, Refunds & Cancellation

What we deliver

AgenticMode is a custom AI development studio. We build AI voice agents, workflow automation, and custom AI tools, scoped to each client's business. Every engagement is bespoke software work, delivered digitally. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no physical returns. What a given project includes, and the standard it must meet, is written down in a statement of work before any payment is taken.

Currency

All prices, invoices, deposits, and refunds are in United States dollars (USD). Any figures shown on this website, including budget ranges on the project form, are in USD. If your bank settles in another currency, your card network or bank sets the conversion rate and may add a fee that is outside our control.

How payment works

We do not take card details on this website. After a project is scoped and agreed, we send a Stripe-hosted invoice or payment link. You pay securely on Stripe's own checkout. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe, never on our site, and we never see or store your full payment information.

Projects are billed in three parts:

• Deposit. A deposit reserves your build slot and covers the initial scoping and mapping work. It is due before work begins.
• Milestones. The remaining fee is split into milestones defined in your statement of work. Each milestone is invoiced as it is reached.
• Optional retainer. After launch, some clients keep a monthly monitoring and improvement arrangement, billed monthly and cancellable with 30 days' notice.

Our delivery guarantee

Every build includes 30 days of tuning against real traffic after launch, measured against a single KPI we agree before starting. If a delivered system misses that agreed KPI, the next improvement sprint is on us, at no additional charge. This guarantee is about outcomes we control; it does not cover changes you request that fall outside the agreed scope.

Refunds

• Deposit. The deposit is refundable up until scoping work begins. Once we have started mapping your workflows and producing the plan, the deposit is non-refundable because that work has been delivered.
• Milestones not yet started. If you cancel before a milestone has begun, any amount already paid toward that un-started milestone is refunded in full.
• Milestones in progress or delivered. Work that has been started or delivered is billable and is not refundable, since custom software cannot be returned.
• If we cannot deliver. If we determine we cannot deliver an agreed milestone, we refund what you paid for that milestone in full.

Approved refunds are issued to the original Stripe payment method within 5 to 10 business days. To request a refund, email support@agenticmode.ai and reference your invoice.

Cancellation

You can cancel a project at any time by emailing support@agenticmode.ai. On cancellation you pay for work completed and for any milestone already in progress; un-started milestones are refunded per the rules above. Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' notice and are not pro-rated for the notice period.

Payment security

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider, the highest level of certification available. Your card information is entered directly on Stripe's secure, encrypted checkout and is never transmitted to, seen by, or stored on our servers. This entire website is served over HTTPS.

Legal and use restrictions

Our services are provided for lawful business use only. We do not build systems intended to deceive, harm, or unlawfully surveil people, and we do not work with parties or in jurisdictions subject to United States sanctions or export controls. You are responsible for using what we build in compliance with the laws that apply to your business, including any rules specific to your industry.
